Pat Messerich purchased his condo in Gulf Harbour in 1998 & has been a full-time resident in Ft Myers since 2000. After selling his two businesses, a computer consulting company in 1996 & his computer training company in 2000 he embarked on his real estate career in SW Florida early in 2002. He has done most of his business in Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and the Bonita areas concentrating on residential sales. Being an avid golfer, he has extensive knowledge of both the bundled & equity golf communities that populate much of SW Florida.
