Frank Ward
Frank obtained his real estate license in 2013, earned his GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) in 2014, and successfully closed his first million-dollar property sale in 2015! In addition to Frank’s years as a Realtor, he has been a residential real estate investor, property appraiser underwriter, loan officer, and developed a property. Frank has a very personable and caring side that comes through in the way he asks questions and gets to know people. It’s not just about the money, it’s about dreams and quality of life.
At the age of 20, Frank purchased and renovated his first home, then rented it for years before selling it, which ignited a lifetime of buying, investing, and selling real estate. He has since bought, renovated, and sold numerous properties. Frank brings these experiences, skills, and acquired knowledge to the table to serve his customers. Every real estate transaction has its own unique circumstances. He has adopted the approach that every customer and transaction requires the perfect balance of personal interaction, contract knowledge, and hard negotiating skills.
As a Minnesota native, University of Minnesota student (BA Psychology), and former shoveler of snow, Frank truly appreciates the beautiful sunshine filled lifestyle Southwest Florida provides. The beaches, islands, boating, and perfect weather are far from the below zero temps and several feet of snow he spent decades of his life in. Days at the beach, boating, and swimming in southwest Florida’s beautiful sunshine are very treasured activities for him.
