Kim Guerra
I was born in Orlando, Florida and grew up in the Central Florida area. My weekends were days in the sun at New Smyrna Beach on the east coast. I then lived beachside on Melbourne, where I worked in hospitality for Marriott.
My favorite days would be enjoying the sun, toes in the sand, collecting shells, listening to the waves and watching the sunset.
I lived in NE Ohio for 23 years, where my husband and I raised our three children. My previous career was in employer benefits; where I learned the art of sales tactics, contract negotiating, and closing deals. My leadership role was a Director of Human Resources; where I learned the art of creative problem solving, building trust with all of the employees and being their voice to management. I learned how important it truly is to listen and hear what others need from you. In order to achieve the results and be an effective communicator, you first must listen.
Some of my strengths are being detailed, organized and always finding solutions for any issues that may arise. I am a creative problem solver who is self-motivated and driven to attain positive results.
I know with my past experiences I have what it takes to be your Realtor. Listening to each client, building their trust through the entire process of their purchase or sale is extremely important. The value of trust is the core to building all relationships.
Southwest Florida is where my husband and I intend to live forever. My daughter currently attends middle school while playing numerous sports with softball being her favorite. My son attends school at Florida Gulf Coast University and loves golf. My husband and I enjoying all the things SWFL have to offer including the fabulous restaurants, amazing beaches and all the other activities you can do 365 days a year.
