Paul Cohen
Paul Cohen has over thirty years experience in the banking industry and knows how to navigate the often confusing residential and commercial real estate underwriting, legal and regulatory requirements that are part of qualifying for a home (as a primary residence, vacation home or investment property), or commercial property, purchasing a foreclosure or short sale and negotiating loan terms. He has served on the zoning board, planning board, and environmental commission and was president of two condominium associations. He is also a recognized instructor in the various areas of credit and banking law for the past fifteen years.
