About Julie:
Julie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and truly loves the interaction with her customers, who often become lasting friends after the transaction closes. Her experience, integrity, and attention to detail continue to expand her business with rewarding personal referrals.
A part of the Southwest Florida community for over 25 years, Julie first fell in love with the area while vacationing and when given the choice of anywhere to live, she and her husband settled on the tiny island of Matlacha just north of Sanibel. Real estate, home renovation, and design were her part-time passions throughout her past corporate life and she’s thrilled to be able to create a successful career in real estate in this sunny paradise.
Julie was born in Indiana and has lived all over the country and in Europe. She comes from a diverse educational and career background, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and having managed automotive facilities for General Motors from Indiana to Malaga, Spain and Food Catering and Retail kitchens for Lufthansa (LSG Sky Chefs) from coast to coast here in the United States. Nearly three decades of a very successful corporate career gives Julie the edge when negotiating the right price both buying and selling homes.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys early morning island walks, kayaking, designing jewelry in her backyard studio, and spending time with Jack—her first grandchild. Learn More about Julie HERE
About Allie
Allie grew up in central Indiana and relocated to Cape Coral, Florida nearly a decade ago after most of her family settled in our sunny Paradise. Before starting her career as a real estate agent, she worked in the food industry for over nine years, most of it in the country club and vacation club environment from North Ft. Myers to North Captiva Island.
Allie has loved home remodeling and renovation from the time she was a child, working side by side with her parents on their historic home projects. It has been a natural segue into real estate then, first as an assistant to her mother and now as a realtor.
When Allie isn’t working with customers, her favorite past time is fishing. She tries to take the boat out with her dad as much as possible.
